Rates:
$1500.00 per week for 4 persons
A minimum one-week rental is required.
We require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your reservation with
the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A booking made less than 30
days prior to arrival will require full payment. Visa & MasterCard

Those wishing to make cash payments should do so by certified cheque
or money order to Michele B. Johnson and forwarded

Please Note:
Cash payments for bookings made within 30
days of arrival dates will require full payment to be forwarded via
wire transfer, certified cheque or money order by federal express.
Cancellation Policy:
Over 60 Days - Full Refund
60-30 Days - 25% of rental fee will
be retained.
30-15 Days - 50% of rental fee will be retained.
15 days or less - 100% of rental fee will be retained.
If property can be rebooked a full refund
will be offered.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $250.00
is required to be paid with the final payment. The damage deposit will
be refunded within 15 days of departure providing there is no breakage,
damage, or missing items.
